Frequently Asked Questions
What are remote-agent messages?
Remote-agent messages are questions, diff reviews, or approvals sent to your phone from external agents (such as Claude Code on your desktop, an MCP client, or OpenClaw). Messages sent to your local phone agents do not count against this limit.
What are token tiers (Lite, Standard, Pro)?
Lite models cover fast summarization and daily briefs; Standard models power agent planning and tool selection; Pro models handle deep multi-step reasoning. If you bring your own API key, HITL token limits do not apply.
Does Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) cost extra?
No. BYOK is supported on all plans, including Free. When using your own key, model tokens are billed directly by your LLM provider and do not consume your HITL monthly token allowance.
How do subscriptions work in the beta?
Paid plans are live in the beta. iPhone (TestFlight) purchases are Apple sandbox and are not charged; Android purchases through Google Play are real.
